Terms & Conditions For All Packages :

•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon.
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm.
•	Late check out is available upon request and subject to room availability. Late check out rates apply :      Up to 6 pm = 50% of room rates.      After 6 pm = Full room rates.
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.
•	Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Smoking or non smoking room is available upon request.
•	Connecting rooms are available on request.
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Credit Card accepted are American Express, Mastercard, Diners and Visa.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
